USAA: Below are the procedures for USAA members to apply to have their USAA credit card finance fees returned. If you have questions contact me at the listings below.

USAA benefit for members deployed in a military campaign. USAA will rebate all the finance charges billed to your USAA credit card account when, as a member of the Armed Forces of the United States, you receive the War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal (GWOTEM) or the or Iraqi/Afghanistan Campaign Medal.

Once you have completed your dates of qualifying service, we ask that you please originate a new communication to us through the "Contact Us" link of usaa.com. Please provide the following information so we can forward your request to our Account Maintenance Department for processing:

? Medal you are authorized to wear
? Rank
? Location overseas
? Dates of qualifying service
