Free Money from World Reserve

I just ran across this in a newspaper. 

World reserve is giving away uncirculated $2 bills.  You needed to call the following numbers by 20 Oct 2006.

There is always a slight catch to anything free, you need to send 3 stamps .  Additionally,  they try to sell the "investor edition book" for $385.  Fortunately you can turn it down.
